Customers
Customers who have established credit with OBC Northwest will receive net 30 days terms. Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date and will be charged a late payment charge of 1.5% interest per month. All returned checks will be charged a $15.00 handling fee.

New Accounts
To establish credit, simply fill out the credit application enclosed and mail or Fax to us. Please give satisfactory Trade References. Please allow two weeks to verify references. If purchases must be made and credit is not established, a payment will be required or cash upon delivery or pickup.

Returns
Authorization is required before returns will be accepted. All products returned must be accompanied with the invoice and returned in its original condition, unless product has not performed within written warranties. Goods must be returned within 30 days of shipment in order to receive credit. Goods that have been special ordered or that are not a stock item may not be returned unless prior arrangements have been made. Burlap cannot be returned. All returns will be assessed a handling charge of 20% unless otherwise authorized.

Special Orders
A deposit of 50% is required on special orders. Customers are responsible for the cost incurred on special orders that are canceled.

Freight Claims
Freight Claims Must Be Filed Immediately. Claims for lost or damaged materials and freight charges must be made with the transportation company. Claims for lost or damaged materials and transportation charges may not be deducted from our invoice, nor may payment of invoice be withheld awaiting adjustments of such claims, since it is the function of the freight company to guarantee safe delivery. Claims for missing or damaged products delivered by an OBC truck must be made immediately by calling the office at 1-800-477-4744.

Limited Warranty
This warranty contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the products and goods subject hereto, which products have been assembled from goods supplied to seller by other manufacturers and dealers. Seller makes no representations or warranties expressed or implied relative to the products and goods, except that the products and goods sold here under are of the standard quality and specifications for such products and goods sold by seller. Buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of product and goods. If any sample was shown buyer, such sample was used mainly to illustrate the general type and quality of the product and goods. Seller makes no warranty that they are fit for any particular purpose or that they will endure for any particular length of time.

Causes Beyond Seller's Control
Seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery occasioned by causes beyond Seller's control, including without limitation strikes, lock-out, fire, inability to obtain materials or shipping space, break-downs, delays of carriers or suppliers, and governmental acts and regulations.

All prices listed in this catalog are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at time of shipment. Please call for current pricing.

Shipping
All supplies shipped F.O.B. our warehouse unless quantity shipments can be arranged direct from the manufacturer. There is no delivery charge for orders over $300. to be delivered on our regular delivery schedule. Freight will be added to orders under $300. We have no licensing requirements for purchases. Please see page 3 for our regular shipping schedule.
